A prestigious bank located in Madrid is seeking a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in sectors of interest, analyzing and proposing operations to the Corporate Finance Committee, modeling and valuing companies/assets using traditional valuation methodologies, and coordinating with internal and external teams for due diligence processes. They will also prepare documentation for investment committees or client boards to approve M&A operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial modeling and valuation, a minimum of 6 years in financial advisory for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and similar operations, extensive knowledge and experience in the TMT sector, and a high level of English proficiency.
