
The job is with our client, an important bank located in Madrid and requires 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, analyzing and proposing operations to the Corporate Finance Committee, modeling and valuing companies/assets, coordinating with internal and external teams for due diligence processes, and preparing documentation for investment committees or client boards. The successful candidate must have a degree in ADE, Economics, or Engineering, proven experience in modeling and valuing companies, 8-10 years of financial advisory experience in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and similar operations, expertise in infrastructure, TMT, or Energy sectors, and a high level of English proficiency.
