The Assistant Dean, Academic Programs and Student Experience will report to the Associate Dean of Degree Programs and will be responsible for enhancing the academic and co-curricular experience for a diverse student body across multiple MBA programs, undergraduate business major and minor, and specialized master programs. This role will involve developing and executing a vision that aligns with the strategic priorities of the business school, as well as ensuring continuous improvement through assessments and feedback. The successful candidate will lead a team of 20 staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, while overseeing hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development.In addition, the Assistant Dean will design and refine processes to support the school's growth, manage budgets effectively, and build strong collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and students. This individual will serve as a liaison to ensure consistency in policies and procedures across academic programs, playing a crucial role in shaping and elevating the overall academic and student experience within the business school.
