GESCOBRO, a leading debt collection company with clients among major companies and financial entities, is looking to hire Debt Collection Managers to support their expansion process. As a Debt Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of unpaid debts on a national level for a personalized portfolio of companies. Your daily tasks will include managing unsecured debt and SME files, handling assigned files (both judicial and amicable) to achieve debt payment, analyzing and managing debtor location using all available tools and methods, and utilizing all resources in an organized manner following company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of legal procedures for debt collection (executive, monitorio) and their different phases, as well as familiarity with the specific operations of the assigned portfolio. Requirements include a degree or equivalent, negotiation skills, and experience with unsecured debt.
