The job entails reshaping the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and affinity, improving brand and product penetration in target consumer households. The successful candidate will be responsible for rebuilding the E-commerce landscape in Asia, managing digital distributors and channels, and increasing marketing lead conversion rates. Additionally, they will plan and implement campaigns, support B2B business development, and collaborate with content teams and agencies for campaign planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 10-15 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in online sales in the industrial industry, and a deep understanding of digital marketing practices and tools.
