The Area Director for our client plays a crucial role in providing spiritual guidance, community outreach, leadership development, and resource management to support the growth and development of young people. They work to create a supportive environment where youth can grow spiritually and socially, leading teams in specific geographical areas to fulfill our client's mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ and helping them deepen their faith. Responsibilities include spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry involvement, and ministry support, all aimed at fostering a vibrant spiritual life, equipping leaders, raising funds, engaging in direct ministry activities, and managing administrative tasks effectively.The Area Director is responsible for developing a yearly personal growth plan, casting vision for reaching every kid in the area, leading teams in spiritual development, recruiting and training staff and leaders, fundraising, conducting quality events, engaging in direct ministry activities, managing finances with stewardship, maintaining accurate records, and participating in ongoing training and development opportunities. They are expected to adhere to our client's policies and procedures, maintain professionalism in all aspects of their work, and pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance their effectiveness in the role.
