
The AOD Manager will report to the Chief Executive and oversee the development and delivery of Addiction (Treatment & Recovery) Services in collaboration with the Clinical Services Manager. As a member of the Executive Leadership and Management Team, the AOD Manager will play a key role in the growth and development of the organization by working closely with the CE, Clinical Services Manager, Facilities & Finance Manager, management team, and the Board.Responsibilities include managing the efficient delivery of contracted AOD services, supporting the team of case managers, support workers, occupational therapists, and nurses, ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met, negotiating and managing contracts, and engaging with stakeholders and partners. The role involves Monday to Friday work with some rostered on-call duties, offering flexibility for either a 30-hour per week leadership role or full-time employment.
