
The job involves providing leadership to the regional HR Operations teams in the Americas region, overseeing processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, and Benefits. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team responsible for payroll, pay & benefits, and HR operations, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture. They will also be responsible for the performance, development, and engagement of team members to align with organizational objectives, as well as overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.
