Description

The client is seeking an organized individual with strong communication skills to fill an Administrative Assistant role supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a private investment firm. Responsibilities include project management support, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication among clients and stakeholders. This role offers hybrid flexibility, with three days required in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative or project assistant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

The Administrative Assistant will assist in organizing meeting materials, preparing reports, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also need to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
