The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting for our client, including financial statements, annual reports, and declarations for the largest foundations. They will also coordinate accounting for all foundations, ensuring quality assurance and analysis of financial statements, processes, and internal controls. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will act as an Accounting Specialist for the areas of Foundations and Real Estate, working closely with the finance team and other departments to improve financial processes and reporting. The ideal candidate for this role will be safe, stable, and professional in their work, delivering high quality results and being proactive in finding solutions for improvement. They should have strong communication skills, be structured, meticulous, and analytical, with a genuine interest in working with Excel, Power BI, and IT-related improvements. Previous experience working with foundations or companies with significant assets and holdings is considered a plus. The Accounting Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and play a key role in the finance team's initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting.
