The client is seeking Non-Executive Directors to join their Trust, which provides emergency, urgent care, and non-emergency healthcare services in the South Central region. With over 4,700 staff and 900 volunteers, the Trust operates 24/7 to serve the populations of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and Sussex. The NHS is facing challenging circumstances, and the Trust's services in 999, NHS 111, Patient Transport Services, and Clinical Coordination Centres have had to adapt to meet these challenges.
Non-Executive Directors will play a crucial role in providing oversight and strategic guidance to the Trust. They will work with the Board of Directors to ensure that the Trust is meeting its objectives and delivering high-quality care to patients. The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on the community. Previous experience in a non-executive or leadership role is desirable, but not essential.
